Terms and Conditions


At Kehoe Interiors we endeavour to keep our customers  happy with their purchase, all of our members of staff
 from stores to customer service, to warehouse and deliveries are trained to assist our customers at all times, our terms and conditions of sales are set out to be fair and reasonable to both parties at all times.

A 40% deposit is required to process each order, a customer deposit is regarded as confirmation of order.
 Deposits are non-refundable. All invoices are processed subject to verification errors and omissions apply.

Delivery of stock items will be made within 10 working days.
Upon receiving special order items delivery will be made within 10 working days.Lead times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
At Kehoe Interiors we endeavor to notify our customers of any changes of lead times.

All outstanding balances must be paid for in full 24 hours before delivery.
We cannot take payment on delivery
for security reasons under any circumstances. Balances may be cleared by visiting one of our stores or by
credit/debit card over the phone.  All invoices are processed and subject to verification errors and omissions apply.

If you require to alter/cancel an order you must first inform our customer services department
044 93 45225.  Our cancellation policy is based on a case by case basis.  No alterations whatsoever can be made when goods are in stock.  It is the customers responsibility to measure up and no responsibility will be taken for any error or omission by the customer after an order has been delivered

Every reasonable effort is made to ensure color matches, customers should note both leather and fabric are subject to natural dye and pigmentation variations, also customers should be aware both wood and leather are natural products and therefore subject to natural colour and grain variations.

All furniture must be delivered within 10 days of coming back into stock.  For long term storage
(ie 6 weeks) all goods must be Paid for in Full. Otherwise a storage charge of €20.00 per week will be imposed.  All furniture is insured when in transit.  All furniture delivered by Kehoe Interiors  is delivered and placed into your home providing reasonable access exits.  All hallways/entrances must be left clear to facilitate delivery.  No responsibility will be taken for consequential damage caused by not leaving the delivery access hallway etc. clear.  Kehoe Interiors  will accept no responsibility for items delivered to storage.


Customers may collect their furniture from our warehouse by prior appointment only.  If a customer wishes to collect furniture our responsibility end when the goods leave the premises.  Kehoe Interiors will not be held accountable for damage of goods in transit by untrained personnel or unfit transport.  Customers must allow time for queuing and full  inspection of their chosen furniture prior to leaving the warehouse.  Kehoe Interiors accepts no responsibility for damage caused while in transit due to the use of vehicles that are not fit for transport of furniture.
Customers must report any QC problems within 72 hours to either of our shops.
Once mattress’s divans and bed linen are unwrapped, under no circumstances will the seller accept a return of these items for health and hygiene reasons.
